Manage message reports

You use the Message Reports page to manage reports that you’ve saved or exported (as .CSV files).

Steps

  1. Hover over any workspace on the Workspace toolbar to view the Workspace menu.
  2. Click Reports.
    The Message Reports page opens.
    • All saved reports are listed at the top of the page.
    • If any reports have been exported they appear in the Report History section below.

Export a report

  1. Locate your saved report in the list at the top of the page.
  2. In the Actions column click Export.
    The Report History section at the bottom of the page lists the report.
  3. (optional) Click more beside the report name to view the report’s settings.
  4. Wait for the report’s status to change to Complete.
  5. Click Download beside your report.
  6. Follow your browser’s prompts to open or save the file. (The process can vary from browser to browser.)

Schedule a report to be exported

  1. Locate your saved report in the list at the top of the page.
  2. In the Actions column click Schedule.
    The Schedule Report page opens.
  3. If you or other users want to receive a notification email when the report is ready, select the recipients (users or distribution lists).
  4. Schedule your report to be exported either once (at a specific date and time) or on a recurring basis.
  5. Click Save.
    The scheduled report is listed on the Scheduled Items page.
  6. Once the report has been exported it will appear in the Report History section of the Message Reports, ready for you to download.

Note: To return to the Scheduled Items page at any time click View Scheduled Messages (under Reports) on the Workspace menu. Your scheduled item remains there only while the schedule is still active.

Delete reports

You can delete saved reports and also any reports that have been exported.

  1. Locate the report either in the list at the top of the page or in the Report History section.
  2. To delete a single report click Delete beside it.
  3. To delete multiple saved reports:
    1. Select the check box next to each relevant report and click Delete.
    2. Click OK in the message to confirm your action.
